McCracken's web site: http://www.mcgymswim.com Meeting Minutes Booster Club Meeting Little Caesar’s Pizza order forms have been distributed. Orders are due no later than Monday, December 1st. The delivery date for the pizzas is Thursday, December 11th. Professional and College Team Sports Cups: Orders are due no later than Monday, November 17th. Delivery of the cups should be by the 2nd week in December. Candle Fundraiser: The candle order forms are due no later than Monday, November 23rd. Candles will be delivered 2-3 weeks after order has been turned in. Trash bags: Selling trash bags as a fundraiser will take place around January or February. Pumpkin Patch: The Pumpkin Patch Fundraiser, as always, was a great success!! The booster club as a whole made over $xxx, with around $xxx going to the general account. Way to go parents!!!! Pumpkin Classic and Hotdog Dinner: The booster club took in $331 from these events. 2007/2008 Competition Season St. Nick meet: Girls’ Levels 7-10 families, whether buyout or volunteer option, are scheduled to bring baked goods to this meet. Please, bring 1 dozen baked goods items, packaged in portions to sell for $0.50. Girls Levels 7-10 sponsors will manage this meet. Concession Stand Policies: Please adhere to these policies when working the booster club concession stand: no children behind the tables; please do not sign up for a shift when your son or daughter competes or receives awards; must be 14 or older to work concession stand; only workers behind tables. Gym Set-up and Take-down for meets: Volunteers will be needed to help move pbars before and after meets. Also volunteers are requested to help put the gym back together and general cleanup after the meets are over. Parents of girls’ levels 7-10 (volunteer and buyout) are responsible for gym set-up and take-down for the St. Nick meet. This does not fulfill your volunteer responsibilities if you have chosen the volunteer option. Volunteers for the St. Nick meet will be needed Thursday evening, Saturday evening and Sunday evening. Remaining Home Meets: Girls Level 5 sponsors and parents will be responsible for managing the meet, providing baked goods and gym set-up and take-down for the Guaranteed Foods meet. The Girls Level 4 and 4* sponsors and parents will be responsible for the March Madness meet. The booster club officers will manage the Boys State meet. All booster club parents will be asked to donate baked goods and to help with gym set-up and take-down. Boys State Meet T-shirt design contest: Information regarding the boys state meet t-shirt design contest has been distributed. These must be turned in no later than November 30th. Booster Club Handbook Revision: The outside fundraising fine for “no-shows” has been revised. It is important that if you sign up to work an outside fundraiser such as the Pumpkin Patch or T-bones that you show up!! If you do not you will be fined the amount that you would have made working that event. Using Individual Account Funds for Meet Fees: In order to use your individual account to pay for meet fees, the entire amount of the meet fee must be in your account. You cannot use your individual account for partial payment. Illinois State University Bound: Congratulations Marissa Stom for a full-ride gymnastics scholarship to Illinois State University!!
