Fundraisers:
- Candle sales: The booster club is currently selling Gold Canyon candles. Please turn in all order forms to the Booster Club Box by November 28th. Candles will be delivered within 7-10 days after the candles have been ordered. Exact delivery date will be posted at a later date. If you choose not to participate in this fundraiser, please return unused Sellers packets to the booster club box immediately. Any missing packets will be deducted from our profits. - Emch Fundraiser (pastries & cookies): The booster club will be selling these items in the spring in time for a pre-Easter delivery date.Little Ceasar’s Pizza order forms have been distributed. Orders will be due on November 27th. The delivery date for the pizzas is December 13th between 2:00 and 6:00. Help is needed on the delivery date. Contact Therese Stom at thereses@ag-risk.org if you can help distribute pizzas on December 13th.
- Pumpkin Patch: The Pumpkin Patch Fundraiser, as always, was a great success!! The booster club as a whole made over $xxxx, with around $xxx going to the general account. Way to go parents!!!!
2007/2008 Competition Season
- St. Nick meet: Girls’ Level 4 families, whether buyout or volunteer option, are scheduled to bring baked goods to this meet. Please, bring 1 dozen baked goods items, packaged in portions to sell for $0.50. Level 4 sponsors will manage this meet.
- Concession Stand Policies: Please adhere to these policies when working the booster club concession stand: no children behind the tables; please do not sign up for a shift when your son or daughter competes or receives awards; must be 14 or older to work concession stand; only workers behind tables.
- Gym Set-up and Take-down for meets: Volunteers will be needed to help move pbars before and after meets. Also volunteers are requested to help put the gym back together and general cleanup after the meets are over. This does not fulfill your volunteer responsibilities if you have chosen the volunteer option. Volunteers for the St. Nick meet will be needed Thursday evening, Saturday evening and Sunday evening.
Bumper Stickers: The booster club will again be selling McCracken’s bumper stickers which can include your child’s name. Be on the lookout for more information.
