Holiday "Get together's"
Holiday "get together's" are common in families, and our gymnastics family is no different!. Competitive team members workout together, compete together, and they "hang" together. It is not unusual to find teammates at sleep over's most weekends, having a pool party, holding a car wash, or just all going to a Regional or the Western Nationals meet to support a teammate who "made it". Check out some of the photos to the right of fun times. Most of the get together's are spontaneous and at private homes, but we sponsor a few like Easter Egg hunts each year for anyone who wants to come to Open Gym, an all student March in the annual "Old Settlers Day Parade" (we won "best marching group" in 2004 and 2006), and a team members Halloween Party and bonfire weenie roast.
